本隐私政策将帮助你了解：我们收集哪些个人信息及收集目的；我们如何使用和存储个人信息；我们如何保护个人信息安全；你的个人信息相关权利；如何联系我们。
1.1 注册与登录
当你注册、登录机屿时，你需要提供手机号码创建账号并完成注册。手机号码是履行国家法律法规关于网络实名制要求的必要信息，如果你不提供手机号码，我们将无法为你提供完整的服务。
1.2 互动对话功能
a. 我们基于生成式人工智能模型技术向你提供互动对话服务。为了向你提供该等服务，我们会收集你在使用过程中主动输入的文字消息，将其传输至服务器进行处理，并返回相应的对话内容。
b. 我们将记录你与AI角色的对话历史，以便为你提供连续性的交互体验。
c. 语音功能：当你使用语音输入功能时，我们会请求你授权麦克风权限，你录制的语音数据将被上传至我们的服务器，经由语音识别服务转写为文字后参与对话处理；AI回复时，文字内容将经由语音合成服务生成语音后返回给你。如你拒绝授权麦克风，将无法使用语音输入功能，但不影响你使用文字对话等其他功能。
d. 为不断改进本产品的对话质量和用户体验，我们可能在经过严格去标识化处理、无法重新识别特定个人的前提下，对上述数据进行分析和利用。如果你不希望你的数据用于此目的，可以通过本政策末尾的联系方式与我们提出。
1.3 网络日志
你在使用本软件发起网络请求时，我们的服务器会被动记录请求的IP地址及基本访问日志（请求时间、请求路径、响应状态等），用于服务安全保障和故障排查。这是任何网络服务的基本运作机制，并非主动采集。
1.4 用户反馈
当你通过邮件向我们反馈问题或建议时，我们会保存你的联系邮件及其内容，用于回复你的诉求和改进产品。
1.5 收集目的变更
随着我们业务的发展，可能会对机屿的功能和提供的服务有所调整变化。在与原处理目的无直接或合理关联的场景下，我们收集、使用你的个人信息，会重新按照法律法规及国家标准的要求向你进行告知说明，并征得你的同意。
为实现互动对话功能，你的对话内容（文字消息、语音数据）将由我们传输至第三方AI服务提供方进行处理。我们会要求相关服务提供方遵循合法、正当、必要原则，仅将上述信息用于提供本服务所必需的目的，不得用于其他用途。
除上述情形外，未经你同意，我们不会向任何第三方共享你的个人信息，但以下情况除外：（1）依据法律法规或监管机构要求必须提供的；（2）出于保护你或他人生命安全的紧急必要情形；（3）涉及公司合并、收购、资产转让，经通知后继受方继续承担本政策义务的。
3.1 存储地点
我们依照法律法规的规定，将在境内运营过程中收集和产生的你的个人信息存储于中华人民共和国境内。目前，我们不会将上述信息传输至境外。
3.2 存储期限
我们仅在为提供机屿服务所必需的期间内保留你的个人信息：
如果你注销账号，我们将对你的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理，但遵从法律法规有关信息留存要求的情形除外。
4.1 我们非常重视你个人信息的安全，将努力采取合理的安全措施（包括技术方面和管理方面）保护你的个人信息，防止其被不当使用或未经授权的访问、披露、修改、损坏、丢失或泄漏。
4.2 我们会使用不低于行业同行的加密技术及相关合理可行的手段保护你的个人信息。你的登录凭证存储于设备本地加密存储（iOS Keychain / Android Keystore）中，我们无法读取。
4.3 一旦发生用户信息安全事件，我们将按照法律法规的要求，及时向你告知安全事件的基本情况、可能的影响、已经或将要采取的处置措施及对你的补救建议。
5.1 查阅与更正
你可以在应用内查阅、更正你的个人资料（如账号信息）。如需查阅或更正无法在产品内自助完成的信息，请发送邮件至 jiyu@codepower.ai 联系我们。
5.2 注销账号
你可以直接在应用内申请注销账号。我们将在完成必要身份核验后，于15个工作日内完成处理。
5.3 改变或撤回授权
你可以在设备操作系统的隐私设置中随时开启或关闭麦克风权限。撤回授权后我们将不再收集与该权限相关的信息，但不影响撤回前已进行的个人信息处理，也不影响你使用文字对话等其他功能。
5.4 个人信息权利的行使
如你希望查询、更正、删除你的个人信息，或对本隐私政策有任何疑问、意见和建议，请发送邮件至 jiyu@codepower.ai 联系我们。我们将在核验你的用户身份后，于15个工作日内回复。
6.2 我们根据国家相关法律法规的规定保护未成年人的个人信息，只会在法律允许、父母或其他监护人明确同意或保护未成年人所必要的情况下收集、使用或披露未成年人的个人信息。如果我们发现在未事先获得可证实的监护人同意的情况下收集了未成年人的个人信息，则会设法尽快删除相关信息。
6.3 若你是未成年人的监护人，当你对你所监护的未成年人的个人信息有疑问时，请通过本政策末尾的联系方式与我们联系。
7.1 为了给你提供更好的服务，我们会适时对本隐私政策进行修订，修订内容构成本隐私政策的一部分。未经你明确同意，我们不会削减你依据当前生效的本隐私政策所应享有的权利。

Shantou CodePower AI Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") deeply values the importance of your personal information and your trust. We will protect your personal information and privacy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and by reference to industry best practices.
This Privacy Policy explains: what personal information we collect and why; how we use and store it; how we keep it secure; your rights regarding your personal information; and how to contact us.
1.1 Registration and Login
When you register and log in to Jiyu, you are required to provide your mobile phone number to create an account. Your mobile number is necessary to comply with national laws and regulations on real-name internet requirements. Without it, we cannot provide the full service.
1.2 Interactive Conversation Features
a. We provide interactive conversation services powered by generative AI. To do so, we collect text messages you actively input, transmit them to our servers for processing, and return the corresponding AI responses.
b. We record your conversation history with AI characters to provide a continuous interactive experience.
c. Voice Features: When you use voice input, we request microphone permission. Your recorded voice data is uploaded to our servers, transcribed by a speech recognition service, and used in conversation processing. AI replies are converted to speech via a text-to-speech service before being returned to you. Declining microphone permission disables voice input but does not affect text-based conversation or other features.
d. To continuously improve dialogue quality and user experience, we may analyze the above data after strict de-identification that prevents re-identification of specific individuals. If you do not wish your data to be used for this purpose, please contact us using the information at the end of this policy.
1.3 Network Logs
When you make network requests through the app, our servers passively record the request IP address and basic access logs (request time, path, response status, etc.) for service security and troubleshooting. This is a fundamental aspect of any networked service and is not active data collection.
1.4 User Feedback
When you contact us by email with questions or suggestions, we retain your email address and message content to respond to your inquiry and improve the product.
1.5 Changes to Collection Purpose
As our business evolves, the features and services of Jiyu may change. If we collect or use your personal information for purposes not directly or reasonably related to the original purpose, we will notify you and obtain your consent as required by law.
To enable interactive conversation features, your conversation content (text messages and voice data) will be transmitted by us to third-party AI service providers for processing. We require such providers to adhere to principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, and necessity, using the information solely for the purpose of delivering this service.
Beyond the above, we will not share your personal information with any third party without your consent, except: (1) as required by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities; (2) where urgently necessary to protect your life or the lives of others; or (3) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, where the successor assumes the obligations of this policy after notification.
3.1 Storage Location
In accordance with applicable laws, personal information collected and generated during our domestic operations is stored on servers located within the People's Republic of China. We do not currently transfer such information overseas.
3.2 Retention Period
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Jiyu service:
Upon account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where retention is required by applicable laws or regulations.
4.1 We take the security of your personal information seriously and will make reasonable technical and administrative efforts to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, damage, loss, or leakage.
4.2 We use industry-standard encryption and other reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Your login credentials are stored in device-level encrypted storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) and are inaccessible to us.
4.3 In the event of a personal information security incident, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable laws, including the nature of the incident, potential impact, measures taken or planned, and recommended remedial actions.
5.1 Access and Correction
You may view and correct your personal information (such as account details) within the app. For information that cannot be self-managed in the app, please email us at jiyu@codepower.ai.
5.2 Account Cancellation
You may apply to cancel your account directly within the app. We will complete the process within 15 business days after verifying your identity.
5.3 Changing or Revoking Authorization
You may enable or disable microphone permission at any time in your device's privacy settings. Revoking permission means we will no longer collect information related to that permission, but this does not affect prior processing or your ability to use text-based conversation and other features.
5.4 Exercising Your Rights
To query, correct, or delete your personal information, or if you have questions, comments, or suggestions about this Privacy Policy, please email jiyu@codepower.ai. We will respond within 15 business days after verifying your identity.
6.2 We protect the personal information of minors in accordance with applicable national laws and regulations, and will only collect, use, or disclose such information where permitted by law, with the explicit consent of a parent or guardian, or where necessary to protect the minor. If we discover that personal information of a minor has been collected without verifiable guardian consent, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
6.3 If you are the guardian of a minor and have questions about their personal information, please contact us using the contact details at the end of this policy.
7.1 We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to provide better service. Amendments form part of this policy. We will not reduce your rights under the currently effective policy without your explicit consent.
7.2 After any update to this policy, we will issue the new version within the Jiyu app and notify you via in-app notification or other appropriate means before the updated terms take effect, so you can stay informed.
